The Gilded Ivy, LLC specializes in floral designs for weddings and special events. From intimate garden weddings to grand elegant events. We are located on a 23 acre historic farm in Chester, New Jersey. We grow many flowers, foliages, blooming branches, vines, fruits and herbs which we then use in harmony with market flowers to create stunning and unique floral displays.

Karen Collins is the owner of The Gilded Ivy, LLC. She opened The Gilded Ivy in 1996 after years of designing and managing a local florist. Her professional staff includes experienced designers with the highest standards in the field. Your wedding will receive the detailed attention it deserves.

The Gilded Ivy specializes in custom floral designs for New Jersey and New York brides. Just as each bride is unique, so are her floral needs. We take great pride in offering professional personalized service. We do not work with wedding packages. Pricing is determined on an individual basis in the form of a design estimate. Theme, color scheme and location are the details that are considered. Your flowers are thoughtfully selected and designed to reflect your personality and style.

We service only one wedding per day. This provides the bride with unparalleled individualized service.To achieve a complete look we can provide you with numerous rental items such as arches, urns, pedestals, fabrics, custom designed chuppahs, candelabrums, unique containers, aisle runners, candles and much more.

Call or e-mail to schedule your floral consultation. Please bring with you any pictures of floral designs from magazines, books or the Internet that inspire you. We ask that you bring a picture of the brides dress and attendant's dresses and swatches of the colors you are working with to build the wedding theme.

After our meeting we will e-mail you a detailed estimate within 48 hours. Because we book minimal weddings per weekend our calender fills quickly. For this reason we ask that you make your decision in a timely manner. All dates are reserved with a 15% deposit and we work on a first come first served basis.

After you book your wedding or event date with us your next payment of one half the remaining estimate total is due three months prior to your wedding or event date with a final payment due 2 weeks prior to the wedding or event.

We ask that you contact us two months prior to your wedding or event to finalize all plans.
